HYDROTECH has announced the acquisition of DynaDrive, which is a Motion Control distributor for Bosch Rexroth Controls (Indramat) and Bosch Rexroth Linear (Star Linear) automation product lines.
According to Hydrotech, the acquisition is a perfect fit as it is a motion controls distributor & system integrator for Bosch Rexroth Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
The company claims the latest acquisition is critical to its plans to increase its product offering and capability to compete in the growing automation market. It now has a complete motion control offering with technical competence in hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics.
