CAPS Australia says operators requiring Portable Diesel Compressors (PDS) need look no further than its Airman PDS range of box type, trailer mounted and large mobile units.
According to CAPS (Compressed Air and Power Systems), the Airman PDS range provides users with significant fuel savings with low levels of noise pollution, ensuring air is produced with maximum fuel efficiency.
The company says the fuel tanks in the Airman Large Mobile range span from 270 to a huge 700L capacity to ensure a long run time between refills. Additionally, the machines feature a noise level of only 65dBA at 7m when standing idle.
Drilling Contractors, Mitchell Contractors Victoria is said to have already put the Airman PDSE 900 trailer mounted diesel compressor to use, by upgrading their truck mounted mobile compressor fleet with Airman PDSE 900s.
Dave Brown, Managing Director of Mitchell Contractors says the company has experienced significant fuel savings and minimised downtime since upgrading to the Airman PDSE 900. Compared to its previous operations where its old compressors required refuelling two to three times a week.
