PARKER Hannifin distributor, BSP Hydraulics, has acquired ARS Anglian Diesels, the marine and industrial applications manufacturer and distributor.
The acquisition will allow BSP Hydraulics to provide customers across a wider range of industrial sectors with its specialist knowledge and the latest Parker technology, helping end users improve their productivity and profitability, the company says.
UK based BSP Hydraulics has been supporting its customers in the truck and mobile sector with hydraulic products and services since 1992.
ARS Anglian Diesels, already a Parker distributor, will still trade under its original name, and its two previous directors will be retained as consultants to ensure Anglian customers can continue to benefit from years of specialist knowledge.
