WHITELAW Hydraulics is distributing the Settima range of hydraulic screw and helical rotor pumps.
According to Whitelaw Hydraulics, the Settima screw pump is a positive displacement rotary pump with an axial flow design. It only has three moving parts and the power rotor is the only driven part that extends outside the case.
Whitelaw Hydraulics says the idler screws act as sealing parts and are turned hydraulically by the fluid being pumped. This is the only rolling action between the drive screw and the idler screws, therefore eliminating noise and vibration.
The Settima hydraulic screw and helical rotor pumps can operate with a variety of fluids with viscosities from four to 20,000cst, temperatures from -20 to 180 degrees Celsius and pressures up to 80 bar. The pumps have flowrates from eight to 3200L per minute.
According to Whitelaw Hydraulics, the Settima hydraulic screw and helical rotor pumps are designed for lube services, oil seal services and power hydraulics applications. They can be used in compressors, gears, generators and presses.
